Sensory notes
A bright and joyful exaltation of our local varietes. All perfumes of nature are concentrated in grapes whose intensity is enhanced by excellent grassing techniques.
The tender wind coming from the mountains brushes our plants located at 400m of altitude, providing a floral, fresh and persuasive nose and the most balanced acidity perceived by mouth.

HARVEST
Manual selection of the grapes harvested in early september on a very old vineyard of the Rosarubra estate, with optimal exposure and low yield. The terroir grants to these grapes the best thermal excursion that, together with the excellent biodynamic techniques regularly used in our winery, gave to this wine a wonderful floral as well as a strong reminder of the fruit.
WINE MAKING
The wine is made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned at a temperature of 12°C. After an aging period of about 6 months is bottled in the complete absence of oxygen.
Sensory Analysis
