Sensory notes
Dark and ripened grapes harvested during the moment of the best expression of their extracts give birth to a deep colored, fruity and intensely perfumed wine.
Red flowers, blueberries and sweet spices are surrounded by soft tannins and elegant acidity. Mature fruit, refinement and aromatic intensity are given by rare grapes from 30 years old plants.

HARVEST
Manual selection of the grapes harvested slightly ripening from a thirty years old vineyard very well exposed. The terroir granting these grapes thermal excursions that together with the excellent “grassing techniques” usually used by us, give to this wine an abundance of floral scents as well as a strong reminder of the fruit.
WINE MAKING
This wine is made from a maceration with the skins for a period of 15 days during which were made 3 daily pumping. The wine was then racked into barrels wood and allowed to stand until the end of malolactic fermentation.
