INTIMO
I.G.T. Colline Pescaresi
A grand wine, round, extremely pleasant, pairs excellently
with elaborate dishes, yet can be fully enjoyed alone.
Sensory notes
Intimo is made of Montepulciano and Merlot grapes, hand-picked when over-ripe and grown on 30-year-old vines. It is luscious and crispy, as well as pleasantly round. The natural residual sugar is well integrated with elegant and intense elements that remind of marasca cherry, plums and red fruits, revealing a perfectly balanced tannin. Its essence charms the palate offering intense aromas as well as uncorrupted fruit.
A great wine, round, extremely pleasant, that excellently pairs elaborated dishes and is totally capturing when enjoyed by itself.

Then the wines were poured into wooden barrels and allowed to stand until the end of malolactic fermentation. He has subsequently decanted and aged in wood and steel.
